Registration is now closed but we have available seats. If you are interested in joining the tour, meet the group at 1 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf VIC 3006 (near the Pan Pacific Hotel) at 1.30PM on Tuesday 18 November. Bus will leave at 1.45PM.

The Monash Partners Comprehensive Cancer Consortium (MPCCC) is honoured to welcome delegates from the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, for an engaging discussion and exchange of ideas.

This visit will offer delegates the opportunity to connect with leaders in cancer research, care, and collaboration across Victoria. The afternoon will focus on conversation, reflection, and shared learning about MPCCC's unique decentralised model of cancer care and our role in driving innovation and equity across the state.

The session will open with a formal welcome from Professor Christina Mitchell AO, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University, followed by a short video showcasing collaborative achievements and patient impact.

Delegates will then hear a series of ‘spotlight stories’ - brief, high-impact talks from clinical leaders, researchers, and patient advocates, illustrating how decentralised care models translate into real-world improvements. A facilitated discussion and Q&A will follow, allowing participants to exchange ideas and explore opportunities for international collaboration.

The afternoon will conclude with reflections and an interactive activity, encouraging delegates to share insights and takeaways from their time with MPCCC.

Afternoon tea will be provided.

  • The tour is limited to 50 participants.
  • Registration is free of charge but it is only available for participants who are already registered for the World Cancer Leaders' Summit.
